We don't have an official date for the final release of the Scrum template but that should be sometime in July. Microsoft said that they don't want to be in beta for too long. This template is more better in terms of Scrum terminology and we have several more features in Urban Turtle for this template. I would therefore suggest you try the current beta and see if it suits you and then wait for the final version to do a full migration.

Thanks for a good article. We are planning to port our team projects to a new template and the choice is between TFS Scrum 1.0 and MSF Agile 5.0. We are doing Scrum on our projects. Which template do you recommend us to use? I suppose TFS Scrum is the best one. Do you know anything about how long TFS Scrum 1.0 will be a beta version?
